Ask for a quotation. "All our quote is EX-WORK price, and shipping cost can be quoted upon request."

Confirm the order; manufacturing follows. "Delivery will be done upon we get your payment."

FAQ, quoted
Minimum order, delivery, warranty.
- Is there a minimum order?
- "OEM, ODM Service; MOQ: 1 piece."
- When does delivery happen?
- "Delivery will be done upon we get your payment. Please contact for details." No lead time is published.
- What is the warranty?
- "MIC TECH warrants this product against defects in material and/or workmanship for the life of the instrument from the date of original purchase to the original purchaser. Electrical warranty is 90 days."
- How is payment made?
- "Small orders we accept TT payment in advance, large quantity order, can be 50% prepayment after order, and rest 50% before delivery."
- Do prices fall with quantity?
- "Mass order will surely get more discount, please contact for more discount upon your quantity."
- Do you supply other factories' microscopes?
- "We supply not only our microscopes, but other factory microscope with best price."
- How fast is a reply?
- "Reply within 24 hours" on the factory page; "Reply within 12 hours, if urgent, make phone call" on the medical equipment page.

Sapphire
The one long technical text on the company's site.
"Our sapphire ingot has covered 30kg, 60kg, 85kg, 90kg, 110kg, 250kg, 400kg, 700kg, wafer specifications has covered 2 inches, 4 inches, 6 inches, 8 inches, 10 inches, 12 inches, 14 inches." Domes run from 50 to 400 mm, "including hyper hemisphere sapphire dome and aspheric sapphire dome with top grade optical polishing". The page lists cooperation with Germany, the USA, Russia, Israel, Turkey, Korea and France.
